Ralph Colimon is a Banker, Speaker and Consultant that specializes in Small Business and Personal Finance. He provides advice and guidance on credit, financial management, and financial planning.
He is a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, where he is responsible for recruiting, developing, and coaching Specialty Bankers and Personal Bankers to assess the needs of small business and individual customers to help them meet their financial goals. He is also responsible for growing the business by collaborating with Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending divisions to support customer needs.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ralph has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry holding various roles in Consumer Banking, Lending and Equity Trading. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of The 100 Black Men of South Florida as the chapter's Treasurer. One of his passions is conducting financial seminars as a tool to support the education of minority communities.
Ralph holds a BBA (spell out) in Finance from Florida International University. Ralph lives in Miami with his wife Woodly and their three children.
Overview: “The median Black family wealth is $24,000 while the median White family wealth is around $188,000. According to the Economic State of Black America report, Black wealth could skyrocket if financial barriers were dismantled." During this workshop, panel experts will address the racial wealth divide and how Black college students can begin building generational wealth for themselves and their families.
