From Ty: My life's journey has been filled with growth and personal development. I credit my tenacity and work ethics from my tenure at American Airlines, believed to be the Harvard of the airline industry. I learned and still practice realistic optimism as I launched my six-figure first start-up, and flexibility, innovation and adaptability in the years after, having to pivot and bootstrap for survival, and growing another six-figure and ultimately seven-figure entities. Lastly, I grew my skills in influencing and executing as I began consulting and fundraising, and maximizing my impact as a local community influencer.
