NOTICE REGARDING THE 100 BLACK MEN OF AMERICA, INC’S ANNUAL CONFERENCE AT THE DIPLOMAT HOTEL, JUNE 16-18, 2022, AND THE COVID 19 PROTOCOLS AND REQUIREMENTS

As required by Florida law, Section 381.00316(1), the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. has lifted its COVID-19 vaccine, testing, and mask requirements for registration and attendance at its annual conference, scheduled at The Diplomat Hotel, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, June 16, 2022, through June 18, 2022. the governor of Florida and the Florida Department of Health has taken the position that this Florida law makes illegal the COVID-19 mandates for registration and participation at such events in Florida. While the 100 still encourages all participants to follow CDC guidelines and be vaccinated, tested and to use measures such as masks to reduce the risks of COVID-19 infections, the 100 is required to comply with Florida law for this conference. Please disregard previous notices regarding COVID-19 mandates and the required submission of documentation as a condition for registration and attendance. All mandates are lifted.
